Community Little Book

About Us

Community Little Book started business in 1988 with our first book publishing in 1989. We took over the Fallbrook/Rancho California Little Book from the Luskey Brothers Yellow Pages. Seeing the future growth potential, the focus of the directory was moved from North County San Diego to the Rancho California Area, what was to become Temecula/Murrieta. Our first printing was in July 1989 with 25,000 directories. Today the circulation for the Temecula/Murrieta Book is 100,000 serving about 250,000 people. The Canyon Lake/Lake Elsinore/Menifee/Sun City/Wildomar Directory was added in 1992. Today that book Publishes every January with 75,000 copies serving about 180,000 people.

We take great pride in the fact we are a locally owned and operated company. We have grown from a 3 person operation based on a kitchen table to a family held corporation headquarted in Temecula with 14 employees. We strive for the highest customer satisfaction, looking to build long term partnerships with our business customers. We meet that primary goal by assigning the same Sales Consultants to your account when possible, answering calls and questions as quickly as possible, a timely return for your proofs, and a comprehensive delivery done by our staff and management so we know it is done right.

Our 2 directories have very high usage in their areas. This is accomplished in a number of different ways: the comprehensive delivery; accuracy of the information; abundance of local information, handy sections for travel, convenient size and weight; secondary delivery and community involvement. We strive to list every business in your area, so you can find them when you need them. The blue section of the book contains information about your city, schools, parks, local things to do, attractions all over Southern California and much, much more. Look for our airport maps, golf course pages, maps and listings for Vegas and Laughlin hotels, and local winery maps in the yellow pages. Our book dimesions are 6x9.25 and weigh less than 3 pounds. Small enough to fit under your phone or keep an extra copy in the car. There are over 50 locations that have bookstand full of Community Little Books that people can pick up when they want an extra copy, a new copy or their first copy if the live out of the area. New homeowners get a book mailed to them, so they don’t have to wait until the next edition comes out to start using our book and calling our advertisers. We sponsor many local chambers of commerce, The Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure, the Southwest Riverside YMCA, and many other local charities and schools.
